Roofs for Life is one of these. … More We initially contacted them two years ago when we called them out to take a look at our roof, which was 16 years old at the time (shingle) and had a small leak during Ian. Their guy went up on the roof and said we could easily make it last 2 or 3 more years by putting some sealant on and tarring over a few nail pops. He also said they could do it but it wasn't anything we couldn't do ourselves for less. What company is so honest that they tell you that rather than going after your money on the spot? When it came time this year to do the full replacement, we got multiple quotes and made sure to include Roofs for Life as one of them. Their quote was very reasonable and we worked with the salesman to make some adjustments and ensure that some things were being done the way we wanted. We are so glad we chose them. The team went above and beyond to do a first quality job and the supervisor even went up in the crawlspace to determine if we had straps and two or three nails and take pictures so we could reduce our insurance premium - this was not part of the deal and was not easy. The installation crew was first rate and took care to make sure everything was done right and that there was no damage to the house or driveway, and the supervisor took the time to explain what was going on every step of the way . They then cleaned the entire site when they were done. We feel like we hit the lottery when we chose Roofs for Life.

Got a roof estimate about a month ago by Avery Martineau . He came out to do estimate of roof. He told me that he will have an estimate emailed to me by Monday. He came out on a Friday. I never heard from him again nor his company.

Young kid came out, I was unavailable to answer the door and tells my wife your tile roof is 16 you only have 2 more years left on expected life so I'm not going to be able to do a repair... No physical inspection was done! Completely … More tried to take advantage and lied to my wife! I got on the doorbell camera and told this kid to get lost (I was at least pleasant about it)! He saw the house and tried to completely take advantage and rip us off in my opinion! Tile should last 26-30 yrs according to a few other roofers I spoke with. So to state 18yrs I would "probably" need a new roof he should know if he quotes them that the average life is between 26-30yrs... just odd he didn't want to reschedule and was fast to say I'll quote you a new roof without ever getting on the roof!I then called the owner and notified him... I'd be very careful with these guys get other bids don't just "TRUST" what they tell you is accurate! In my case it was not, Two other companies said my roof is in the best shape for ONLY being 16 year old TILE... had I not had the construction knowledge I have and not spoke with two other REPUTABLE COMPANIES and just trusted this guy I could be out 60,000 dollars! When deciding to put a roof on our home we started by getting quotes from multiple companies. Teagan the salesperson was very helpful and punctual which seems like all salespeople would be but it was definitely not true in this case (one … More didn't even show up). They started on the roof about 10 days after signing the contract. It took about a day and a half to complete and the workers kept the place spotless. I had a concern that I saw on the roof a couple days after they finished and one of the owners "Glen" came out himself to see it and facetimed me to go over what I was seeing. About a week later we had our first rain after the new roof was complete and our back porch was leaking which turned out not to be part of the initial roof quote. Once again another owner "Ed" came out on a Saturday to see the issue and on Wednesday morning was back and fixing the back porch transition that was leaking.
